Arab Health happened to be one of the biggest medical events of the world in the recent times with over 4000 companies and many kinds of distributors participating in it thus making it a widely beneficial place for both buyers and sellers of medical products and many other facilities related to medical field. The atmosphere was overwhelming with showcasing a wide range of variety of every product & service line that was a part of it.

 

Our company Beijing Yaguo Technology Ltd also took part in the conference with full zeal and devotion at the booth no. S2-A70. Our team comprised of five people: Director Sales Edison and Yufan, Sales representatives Ali and Kunga accompanied with our CEO Miss Li.  The line we are dealing with is linked with Airway Management and the Respiratory diseases. We were to present our three core products i.e. Cuff Pressure Gauge, Neuromuscular Stimulator and the Bionic Cough Simulator.

We reached one day prior to look for the arrangements andthe conference officially started on 27th of January with the Hall utilized to its full capacity by the booths of various healthcare companies from all around the world. Our team was divided in such a way that three people at a time were present at the booth, while other two moved to other parts of the Hall for attracting customers to our company and collecting information about various other companies.

 

 

Out of the three products, the Bionic Cough Simulator was attracting the attention of customers more and the innovative features of it along with the capability to maintain PEEP was more in the eyes of visitors. Most of the questions asked were also about the features that this product was offering more than its competitor e.g. double tube and no need of disconnecting with the ventilator. The same was the point of attraction for the cuff pressure gauge that has enough notable and entirely new features to get noticed by the clients. They always had their interest towards seeing the working of cuff pressure gauge and they always looked impressed after seeing the working of audible and visible alarms of this device.

Our team members also spent time near the booths of famous ventilator brands like Draeger, Skanray and Philips as their customers could also be our customers owing to the fact that our devices can be used in combination with the ventilators. This helped in attracting some customers to our booth.

 

 

At the end of all the day, we used to have meeting with our CEO discussing the number of cards that each member has collected and giving them scores according to potential importance of those clients.

 

 

 

Clients had variety and they came up with different questions especially related to price of the products. We also distributed a huge number of brochures to our different clients as we had a good number of those and we had to finish them.

 

On the fourth day, there was less rush but, still we had some good talks on that day. One member of our team Yufan was successful in selling our product cuff gauge to a potential customer, while some of cuff gauges were given for promotion to some parties by our CEO Miss Li. By the day, we were also looking for the closing up and packing our goods. At the end of the day we handed over the luggage to then courier company and left the conference hall within the given time.

 

 

 

Yaguo extended its work from the conference by strong follow up of the clients met there through mails, calls and We chat, which lead to further discussions. Moreover, a big jump was made as our products were found useful in treating the recent epidemic i.e. Corona Virus. And, it leads to the company donating 500 products to thirteen hospitals in the affected region. The company look forward to provide the products to more affected region and we are in talks with various clients in this regard.
